I have been in the Motor Industry for 36 years, I was privileged to serve my apprenticeship in a main dealer environment, and they allowed me to work in all aspects of the dealership. For example in the sales preparation department ( this allowed me to be able to repair parts instead of just replacing the faulty parts with new, and this gave me a better understanding of how the parts work.)

After leaving the dealership I worked in the breakdown/ recovery industry, this allowed me to gain experience on a large number of different types of vehicles but more important is to learn all about customer service
